You choose a plan and any add-ons, and we clean your bins on a schedule that follows your local collection cycle. Your subscription is a 12 month minimum term paid in 12 monthly payments in advance.
Our residential service is based in Yate (BS37) and covers the surrounding South Gloucestershire area, including Chipping Sodbury, Coalpit Heath, Frampton Cotterell, Thornbury and the GL12 villages. Commercial services are available across all BS and GL postcode areas. If your postcode is not covered yet, join the TopBinz waitlist and we will let you know as soon as we reach your area.
No. As long as your bins are accessible after they have been emptied, we can clean them without you being there. Just make sure any gates are unlocked and the bins are left at the agreed collection point.
Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance by Bacs Direct Debit through our payment provider, Stripe. One-off cleans are paid in full upfront when you book. Your bank details never touch our website. Stripe handles all payment data securely.
