Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name, email address, telephone number and service address when you book, enquire or join the waitlist.
  • Bin details, access instructions and gate codes needed to provide the service.
  • Payment and subscription information required to administer your plan.
  • Messages and correspondence you send us.

We also collect limited information automatically:

  • Technical information such as browser type, device and pages viewed.
  • Analytics information, only if you consent to analytics cookies.

How we use your information

  • To provide and manage your cleaning service and subscription.
  • To process payments through our payment provider.
  • To plan routes and send service reminders and confirmations.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To improve our website and service.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Legal bases for processing

We process personal information on the following lawful bases:

  • Performance of a contract, for example to deliver the service you have purchased.
  • Legitimate interests, such as improving our service and managing our business, where those interests do not override your rights.
  • Consent, for example for analytics cookies and marketing where applicable.
  • Legal obligation, where we are required to process information by law.

Payment information

Payment data, including your card details, is handled directly by our payment provider, Stripe, on Stripe’s hosted payment pages. Your card details never touch our website. Stripe processes card payments securely.

Service providers and data sharing

We share personal information only where necessary to provide the service, with:

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Jobber for scheduling, routing, reminders and driver management.
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) for aggregated usage analytics, only after you consent.
  • Hosting and email providers who operate our website and communications.

Each provider has its own data processing agreement and compliance framework. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site. We only load non-essential analytics scripts (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) after you have accepted them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or using the cookie controls on the site.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Subscription and payment records are retained in line with accounting and tax requirements. Enquiries and waitlist entries are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Ask us to delete information in certain circumstances.
  • Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

Security

Access instructions are stored as private notes visible only to our office and the assigned driver.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
